So close I can taste it!

I had this fantastic interview on Wednesday morning with an awesome Canadian oil & gas company here in Calgary, for a position in Student Recruiting. Most of you know which company it is but I just don't want to jinx anything here. In the week leading up to my interview, and the few days since, it seems that the heavens have been coming together to bring more and more people who work there into my life. It's crazy! It feels so synergistic, it just feels like it was meant to be. A perfect fit for my next big career step!

I am just trusting in the universe and the process and stepping back to see what happens. I could not possibly have done anything better in my interview, so I have no regrets. Whatever happens, it's been an excellent experience! I have a few other incredible opportunities coming down the pipeline, so it's all good. For now, I am just going to enjoy my Recruiting contract, and see where the universe wants me to end up!

In other news, I am running 20km this Sunday morning. It's the Big One. The big practice that is. After Sunday, we taper off the distances in our training to get ready for November 12th. I am so ready for that race I can taste it! My goal is to beat 2:00hrs.. so come across the finish line before noon that Sunday!
