Starting work tomorrow!

Hey everybody! I've settled back into my life here in Calgary, and start my new job tomorrow! I feel good about it, a bit excited, but pretty neutral, which I think is a good way to start.

Quick updates:

• I got back to Calgary on Jan 3rd.
• It's been almost tropical here! Highs of 11C an 6-7C has been common over the last few days. Thanks, Global Warming.
• I've hired a personal organizer to help me set up the apartment and implement organizing systems... it just hadn't happened yet, so this way I am making it happen, to kick off 2007 the right way. More on the organizing later.
• I finally went for a run today with Stacey, after a 2 week hiatus... we did 8kms in one hour and 70km'hr gusting winds... which made it an extra-challenging workout - like running in water!
• I'd been fighting off a cold since Dec 29th but it just managed to creep in. Boo.
• Off to bed now to get my beauty rest for my new job.

If anyone has any tips or advice about starting a new job and the "1st 90 days" at the new workplace, please post them to comments.
