Maple Glazed Salmon

Lorne and I, inspired by Guy's intuitive, gourmet, yet unpretentious cooking style, have decided to try at least one new and exciting meal each week. Tonight we kicked it off with a Maple glazed Atlantic Salmon, Green Beans french-style and tender yellow potatoes. Mmmmm.

Guy, Renee's dad, is a whiz in the kitchen. He managed to whip up meal after meal of delicious, innovative delicacies. If he didn't already have a flooring business, I would encourage him to open a restaurant. Heck, he could do both, so I will encourage him anyway!
